Spinner Card

I have always wanted to try the spinner card technique that I have seen at SCS but I have not had a chance to really figure out how to do it. The other day I had visited the Stampin' Academy website and found a great video tutorial of how to do this. I decided to try this out since she made it look so easy. I used the same dimensions for the card but wanted to use some of the stamp sets I already have. I hope that you enjoy!

Stamps: big flowers, small sayings, so many scallops, lots of thoughts

Paper: regal rose, so saffron, whisper white

Ink: regal rose, so saffron, basic black

Punches: word window, scallop, 1-3/8 circle

Accessories: dimensionals, silver brad, 2 pennies

Techniques: spinner card, rock and roll, sponging edges

I'm on the web

Welcome to my little corner of the world. I have finally decided to join in with all of the tech junkies out there and start blogging. I hope that you check back often as I will be adding new posts as much as possible, with stamping related info or anything that I decide to discuss. I have just become a new Stampin' Up demonstrator, and am very excited about all that I can do. I can't wait to share with you my Love of stamping and all that I learn and create. Here we go!!!!!!!

I have decided to add a picture of the last item that I have made. Since Easter was just last weekend I decided to make these for my family and friends as a quick little "I love you, thanks for all that you do." I learned how to make these nugget boxes from Stampin' Academy. They were a lot of fun and not very hard at all. I used SU colors pretty in pink, yo yo yellow, temping turquoise, and lovely lilac. I made the bunny face all from punches from SU, black stampin' write marker, and sponged on pastels (chalk) to color the insides of the ears. The easter saying is from the "Loads of Love accessories" stamp set. I hope that you enjoy these little treats, everyone who received one really loved them.
